It is my pleasure to host the 20th Anniversary Kinnear Classic golf tournament,
once again raising money for the health-care needs of our community.
I am proud of having been able to facilitate the raising of more than $10
million through this tournament which has supported programs and equipment for
the Rockyview General Hospital. This year, the funds raised will be directed
towards the Southern Alberta Institute of Urology, the most comprehensive
urology centre in Canada.
This year’s tournament, celebrating 20 years of Calgarians giving back to the
needs of our community, promises to be our best ever thanks to our sponsors,
donors and volunteers whose commitment and hard work has made this event, and
those in years past possible.
I look forward to another very successful event on June 19th and 20th. Please join
us to celebrate our 20th anniversary.
